Notice is hereby given to all members pursuant to the Constitution of the Club that the Annual General Meeting of Port Adelaide Magpies Football Club Inc. will be held on Thursday, 27 January 2011 upstairs at the Port Club at Alberton Oval commencing at 7.00 p.m.
The business of the meeting shall be confirmation of the minutes of the AGM of 28 January 2010, receipt of the report of the Board for 2010, together with the 2010 financial accounts duly audited, and the report of the Chief Executive Officer, the presentation of new life memberships, a football update from the Senior Coach, and any general business.
Members intending to ask questions of the Board or Chief Executive Officer are asked to submit them in writing to the Chief Executive Officer at least 7 days in advance of the meeting, especially if they relate to the financial accounts.
Because of the constitutional amendments passed by the members at the Special General Meeting on 16 November 2010, there will no longer be Board or auditor nominations or elections involved with the Annual General Meeting.
